You guys got it, it's a snake regurgitating another snake. Or I guess it could be an eel, looking closer. When one's too long for the snake's body or it gets startled they vomit whole.

I was basically just trying to use a gif involving regurgitation that wouldn't be too offensive. It's from the US version of Survivor! :thumbs:
