I am really seeing the similarities, both really controversial characters who, love or hate contributed to the show in a big way. I think that this will ultimatly be JJ's downfall and he will always be destined to get to the final but not win.

Anyone agree??

Rex was a great HM

John James is a dull HM and has done NOTHING only bicker with people and have a snoremance with a fat hippo

I loved Rex as you can tell with my aviator, i like JJ, but i dont think he is no were as good as Rex was as a HM..IMHO.

Im so hope Rex will be in the All Stars(sorry for going off the topic)

Nah, there's not that many similarities between them at all really. Not that I see anyway, aside from the fact that they're fairly outspoken about their opinions. Rex had far more control and wit though whereas JJ is a very emotional and high strung kinda fella.

I can see a similarity between Marcus and Rex though, must be why they are mates but John James isn't like Rex.

John doesn't have the same sort of humour as Rex, John isn't as rude and hilarious as Rex, John is abit slow where as Rex wasn't.

Both are brilliant though.
I really hope John wins to see him and Rex together lol
