Is the word BITCHING anti-women?

Bitch is a nasty slang word for a woman and bitching is the derivitive based on the fact that women gossip a lot about each other

but should this word not be banned in BB as it is strongly offensive to women

I mean if the word was about black people or people who prefer same sex sex then there would be an outcry
