i think one of the main reasons is that they have to have the eviction crowd off site by a certain time of night as part of the licence that is granted to them by the council.

Really? I knew there was a delay but I thought it was much less... 15 mins or so. That's interesting.

I just remember someone said in a thread ages ago. LF is a 15 min delay and the eviction is a 45 min delay

The evictions have to be done by 10pm real time so they are never live.

Yes that is the reason why and they have to start leaving at 10 with BBBM filmed soon after 10.

The 9 o'clock show is more or less "Live" and the "Live eviction" show starts recording at 10 pm you can tell by the "spoilers" that the "eviction" takes place at roughly 10.15 pm real time and about 10.45ish BB "Live" time!
