How does this years BB Final actually work?

Does the winner have to stay in the house and automatically enter into this all stars format?

What happens if he/she wins BB but doesnt win the all stars?

Don't see why it needs to be different from any other year - the winner can come out for their crowd reception/fireworks/interview then be the first person to enter the the house for All-Stars, followed by the oldies turning-up in succession.

When they mentioned it at the beginning, they said they didn't come out and would stay in and be joined by the all stars! Don't know if this was just their way of putting it across to the media though.
