Now THAT would be a good alliance. I see it happening actually - they both like each other; Ragan voted to save Matt, Matt announced Ragan as the first housemate safe from eviction that week. Ragan stays under the radar well, and Matt sure knows how to manipulate/charm people so it'd be a good packaged deal. What do others think about a Matt/Ragan Final 2 alliance?

I think they already are in an alliance. Ragan did act very concerned when Matt said he would be the pawn for the week soo maybe it's a secret alliance.
Remember they'll be more alliances in the house then they're showing us as some aren't a very big deal tbh.

That's true, you make a good point. Hopefully this alliance will develop, as the Brigade start to lose members (possibly Hayden this week). If Enzo leaves too, it would be a great move for Matt to take Lane with him alongside Ragan and create that new, well-balanced alliance.

What makes you think that, Marc? The brigade will turn on Hayden first I think, as he's been the only one who has slightly sided away from then. I also think Lane will have Matt's back for a long time, along with Ragan. Enzo seems like a floater to me. I forsee Matt making final 2.
Matt's HOH message explains his relationship with Ragan:
"The side-alliances are a good segue into talking about my personal side-alliance, Ragan. Ragan is definitely one-of-a-kind. Stacy loves gay men, and before I left for the show she told me to be sure to make friends with “the gay guy” in the house. I told her I didn’t want to because they typically just hang out with all girls so that is horrible strategy to get involved with. Well, it turns out that (much to the delight of my wife, I’m guessing) “the gay guy” has inadvertently become my absolute closest friend in the house. He’s really the only person that I feel any guilt about in regards to the lie about Stacy or even the lies that involve The Brigade. I know that he thinks we’d have each other’s backs through to the Final Two, so it’s unfortunate that I have to play him the way that I am. I hope that he can watch the show and understand that I’m just being a great game player and that it’s nothing personal. But any connection you see between Ragan and myself is entirely genuine, and I can’t really say that about anyone else at this point in the game. I’m going to keep him here as long as I can without outing The Brigade because he’s a friend that I want to make sure that I have outside of this house for a very long time. We’ll see what happens!"

His Fake Showmance with Ragan
One of the best parts of following the live feeds is that we get to see storylines unfold that aren't making it to TV. The biggest of these might be Matt and Ragan's connection. The two bonded while they were both Have-Nots the first week and have since became an inseparable pair, often encouraging jokes about how they've started a showmance.
Combining it with his hatred of Natalie, Matt revealed in the live feeds that he was also going to say that Ragan proposed to him with a twist-tie from a bag of bread, something Natalie's boyfriend did when he got to come inside the house.

Matt has made a mistake. Instead of pushing to Britney to put up Hayden, he got his back against the wall, and is pushing fro Ragan. There is no way Britney is gonna put up Ragan.
His loyalty to the Brigade is his downfall in this game. Ragan, couldve dominated the last 6. BUt now, I am thinking Matt will go home, then Britney (because she also thinks she can trust Hayden, enzo and Brendon.
This is turning out, just like I didnt want.

She doesn't think that she can trust Brendon, because she hates him. She already told Hayden, Lane and Enzo that they must put him up, because she wants him gone. The brigade also want Brendon gone. They want to take Britney to the final 4. Everyone has Brendon as their next target. Of course all this can change in the matter of minutes, especially if Matt sells out the Brigade.

Well at least you still have Ragan there. Just pray that he wins POV and the next HOH competition. Its going to be extremely hard to do.

Yeah you have no idea how chuffed I was when Ragan won POV. I got the same feeling I got when Rachel won BB9. It was epic, second time I've ever felt so happy over a TV show result. I just shouted out 'Yes, Get in there RAGAN!!' the dude did it for Matty :hugesmile:
