You'll have to ask the admin about that one too, but I think changing your name isnt allowed during BB cause people will then have to get use to your name, and if one has it done, 349349843348 other people would want theres changed too

Click the dropdown bar at the top of your screen that says "Community". Then click Member List. You should see a list of all members, click J and look for James. It should be wrote in Purple writing.

You just private message one of them, I think Kaz deals with usernames, but as I said, I don't think they are allowing name changes while BB is on
