because andrew did jack bauer, the psycho killer stare to jedward and his unhealthy attraction to Josie. but other than that he's boring, but he's still done more than steve who sits on the couch all day and hardly interacts.
I kind of feel sorry for him. I don't if he's so couch bound only because of his disability or whether he's bored and can't be arsed. he doesn't seem to have any alliance in the house
