Yeah... one day he'll try it with someone who'll rip him a new a-hole. Fingers crossed anyway.

There's already a thread on this, incidentally.

Let me put it this way, if it had happened outide the house and she complained, or a witness to it complained, he could have been charged with a sexual assault and found himself on the Sex Offenders register.

BB pulled him into the diary room for one simple reason, to avoid loads of complaints to OfTel. They included the event on the HL's show for its humour value, they didnt have to show it. But they balanced that out by warning him about his behaviour.

Have his balls dropped far enough yet to be able to plop onto someone's head?

Are you joking?

It was not meant in fun - it was a calculated act meant to demean and humiliate. That's my opinion. Also was an act of aggression that could be classifeid as sexual aggression against a female.

Who IRL does that kind of thing - ???? Again IMO, someone who could have sociopathic tendancies. He is only 19 now - but if this type of behaviour escalates as he grows older where is it going to lead?

First qualification that empowers a person towards this type of behaviour - is lack of regard for the feelings of others I.E. lack of empathy.

I don't like Josie, but I can symapatise with her when she claims she has been made to feel "insecure in herself" because of this behaviour and no longer wants to have anything to do with the perpetrator. Another heading that could cover this is plain "bullying" simple as.... again just my opinion.

Nicely put, Rosebay. Especially the bit about lack of empathy...

The hypocrisy I've seen surrounding this is a bit mental.

He shoves his nuts in someone's face, quite literally, and it's ok, it's a giggle.

Josie, Coirin, Steve and Dave have all been called sick and perverted for showing affection....go figure.

I'm a massive fan of his but you can't do that a warning was right and if she had acted offended then he could of gone sadly..

It was just wrong. Sam's been in there 5 minutes and he's already jumping all over people inappropriately. Even though Josie said she was okay with it I'm sure many people thought he was a complete tw@t.

I like Sam for being open and maybe stirring the pot a bit, but he was bang out of order, fully deserving the warning he got.
No love between Josie and Sam, fair enough if they play pranks but you should not cross the line.
