Well he failed the task, and he had his message read out to him by the tot in the DR, in what he thinks could have been German, He did not understand a word of it. But I thinkhe is happy that he got one though.

No but sometimes they get sent to an incorrect address, sometimes spam filters send them to the Junk mail folder. ISP servers sometimes get log jammed and so they get held online for a while.
