As free as any other kind of NHS surgery. It could have been blown out of proportion by the press though. For all I know, they might only offer it to hermaphrodites whose lives are in danger or something. :tongue:

It is avaliable on the NHS which gets me very pissed of because I have to pay in order to get my freckles removed that I was born with x

You would want to be sure, you have to get your ovaries taken out, your breasts and uterus removed. The NHS will do it for you but you have to see their shrink and it takes a few years.
