InOne,how amazingly insensitive, as for not being a regular poster, I thinkwith their MUM being so ill, their time has been needed in far more important ways than to be commenting here on BB. Also people react in very different ways to a loss like this, and maybe JUST maybe they came on here first to occupy their mind, occupy it with an interest their beloved Mum had as in likelg BB, feeloing they mat be doinf something for her. Secondly and in your case clearly not, possibly even hoping for support and encouragement from epople with a like minded interest
I don't know ? poster, if you are religious in any way, but I went out after I read this and lit a candle in Church for your Mum. I won't presume to know how you must be feeling but please look after yourself. alsop please talk about it too, most people are decent and often it is easier to talk to strangers than close ones when this happens.
Your Mum sounded a brave lady, make sure her hopes and all she stood for carry on in life through you.
My sincere and deepeast sadness at your loss. Please take care of yourself.

some would feel much worse though.
I agree. Emotional music would probably just make you want to cry even more. Especially if you're listening to the likes of Leona Lewis.

I know its not really Big Brother related, but my mum: Samantha, who was only 41, she's watched Big Brother since series 1 and it was one of her favourite programmes - and she really did love it. It'd be a topic of convosation alot of time with us, watching Live Feed and all that! My mum had Breast Cancer in 2008, and she said Big Brother was a factor to help her get through it, keeping her occupied but sadly the cancer had spread, but stayed in a sort of 'remission' for a year. She was re-diagnoised this January, and she's been very ill for the past couple of days, the last programme she really acknolwedged would of been Big Brother/Misfits (she had fallen asleep to Misfits though!) but today, at around 25 to 12, 4th August 2010 my mum passed away. The last person she wanted to win was Josie aswell.
I know a few of you might be anti-this topic or whatever, but don't say anything insulting.
R.I.P Samantha, i'll always love you. x
Stop attention seeking. This has no relevance to TIBB and you have just made my day even more depressing!!!!!!!!!!

Someone in this thread has truly disgusted me with their comments. :yuk:
She doesn't need to be an active member. Maybe she is just struggling at the minute and had nowhere else to turn than a forum.
The fact she was willing to give proof and yet z person was unwilling to take it shows it all.
Anyway, I hope you're coping OK.

It has every relevance to TIBB if the poster is a fan of BB and a member here, they are entitled to post on here anyway they wish that is not offensive.
If the posters Mum was a fan of Bb too it then has even more relevance.
Its just a pity that some who can only be sceptical or think nasty thoughts on the post don't just keep their cold hearted attitudes at least on this topic to themselves and say nothing, thereby allowing the decent other members to try to offer the kind of compassion and support the poster needs.
so sorry for your loss :( I lost my aunt just last month
