What does that tell you? Some people can't even afford to fly ''economy''.The way he said it was horrible, like I don't fly with peasants.
Spoilt brat.

But I don't think it's that big a deal, people are just taking any opportunity they can to have a go

Not really. If I had the money I wouldn't fly economy either.

That is why he needs the 100K... he already spend that much flying 3 times to the UK and back in business or first class for the auditions

Suppose it is a long flight to Aus.

Yeah, way to take a quote out of context. It was nothing to do with not wanting to "fly with peasants"

This came up when he was talking about the task and not being able to sleep in a chair, and that's when he said "I can't even fly economy" because he can't sleep in the chair in economy.

But even in it's original context it has a dis-likable arrogance about it.

It would be about 3000 pounds or so to fly business class (thats the low end of the cost spectrum) in AUS your looking at near 6000 Dollars. That's an amount of money that only someone who has money can spend.

Isnt he 'retired' from his job? He probably got an injury or something and sued their asses. His dad probably left some for him too

Be that as it may, at least let people judge that for themselves in the right context :)

Its not a big deal but it shows his arrogance and the way he thinks, he said in the context of having to sit in that chair for 24 hours, it would hurt his back he said.
For goodness sake he is only 24, odd then he could sit upright on the see saw the other day so long with JJ2.
I think Jjames is a spiled brat who has got away with loads at home and he expects everyone else anywhere to be servile to him.

For goodness sake you jump on anything we all know he has money and would you fly economy if you didnt have to he has always made it clear he was in BB for the experience not for the money. The comment was made because the chair he had to sit on was really hard so he made the comparisson. And everyone seems to forget that Dave also said he would not have stayed in that room for 24 hours.

I believe his father was killed in an industrial accident so he is living on the proceeds of the compensation.

JJ is a good example of what spoiling our kids does to them! Not a pretty picture!
