I've just heard the worst news like ever.

Our family always goes on holiday on the final week of August. It's usually fine as I watch BB in the flat, however-

This year the BB11 final is Tuesday 22nd and GUESS WHAT!

My Grandparents who disaprove of me watching BB- 'Only small minded people watch that crap' have decided to take us out for a meal that evening! Ouch.

My advice to you is this: feign illness. Start it early, feel a bit peeky the day before perhaps. Keep it simple. Nothing potentially terminal, nothing that'd require medical treatment or make people worry... but something that will excuse you from community eating. The truth is okay but sometimes it needs a little embroidery.

Good plan Liv. That's assuming he's old enough to be left home alone. No disrespect, but maybe his grandparents won't leave him at home on his own, so they'll just cancel, and all stay at home and watch whatever they like on the telly.

I am going away Wednesday night/Thursday Morning!! (25th/26th August) and come back on Sunday night or Monday morning!! lol
