George seems rather subdude since last night. Has he realised what he has got himself into?

C.worrying how this latset episode has potrayed his image.

I was just starting to like him after not being a fan in week one , but aftter last night have gone right off him.I cannot believe a man who has spoken to world leaders and stated his case can appear such a coward in the house.

He said earlier today that hes not ashamed of what he did just embarrased which is totally understandable.

Not so much the nominations , though he did lay into rula with a vengance,but he should be ashamed that in the heat of the diary room revelations he then disapeared in the garden for ages and let Preston try to explainthe nominations.

He then refused to give a clearly upset Maggot an explation as to his nomination apart fromthe 'ol political cliche 'I stand by what I said'....yeah well explain it then.

I did think it was rather harsh of him to go in the garden and leave Preston to it! Although I am sure he was gathering his thoughts and thinking how am I going to get round this one!

Shame that Preston never got the chance to gather his thoughts and instead took the brunt of the HM's initial hurt/shock.
