On the Amazon website, it says that on Helens dance workout, there is a special BB2 guest on the DVD. Can you tell me who it is please?

Never could work out why he was on there anyway. Helen was fine on the DVD without his 'help'.

Is the DVD any good? My girlfriend has lots of these videos, so is it worth getting? Or is it purely BB memorabilia, and for the fun factor of the lovely Helen?

No better or worse than some of the others out there. It is really a dance work out more than an exercise thingy. Worth getting for Helen's enthusiasm.
