Nasty vile man.
I'd put all my money on him not having the balls to say something to Dennis, probably because Dennis would knock 10 bells out of him.
"Your sort, your culture" Hmmmmmm.
Vulnerable women is his game, Pete the insecure Freak is his name.
I really want him to start on Dennis, and Dennis to react, now that would be great TV.
And because Traci was smiling at him and not reacting how he wanted, he left the room.
He's in big trouble when he leaves, I've already heard of people 'wanting him'
He's made a big big mistake.
How anyone can condone this vile creature is beyond me.

100% agree with u. I've said pretty much the same in topic i made lol.
And i thought the way Traci just smiled and kept saying i love you Pete was great. Well Done Traci.

Because Traci is as cool as a cucumber.
I'd like to see him start on Dennis, and Dennis get riled.
But Dennis isn't a vulnerable woman is he.
race888
19-01-2006, 09:18 PM
that would never happen. He seems to only start on the vulnerable ones, ie women
I liked Pete till tonight he was well out of order to Traci

Never posted on here before, but that circus freak pissed me off something special tonight! He thinks he's so smart- congratulations ****** you managed to make an innocent girl cry for offering you a compliment. He thinks he's so funny- I have never laughed at a single word he's said, all he has to offer are stupid gay comments, and the only reason anyone laughs are because they're afraid of him starting on them. I loved the way him and barrymore were giving Jodie advice. Yeah that's what you want jodie, advice from some one hit wonder from the eighties who's only famous for looking like a total swingbag. And some dried up, bitter, paranoid entertainer who was implicated in the death of an innocent man, and instead of staying to face the music, fled as far as he possibly could. I really hope Pete get's what coming to him, he's a racist, unfunny, hideous and immensely irritating waste of plastic.

Calm down people and stop taking everything Pete does and says so seriously and to heart. I think most of what Pete said to Traci was tongue-in-cheek. I don't think he seriously meant to hurt the girl's feelings and she only cried after he left the room, during that time she was taking it all on jest.
Again its very easy for us to pass comment on people's actions and misconstrue them. They are locked inside away from their loved ones and Pete is feeling it worst than the others and they know that.
Pete is Pete. He's already gone into the diary and said everyone watching must think him a twat.
Do we know what happened after Traci cried? No, because that's where the highlights ended. Maybe Pete apologized to her or spoke to her after. Can anyone confirm that?

No way was any of that tongue-in-cheek (there's a joke there somewhere........) He meant every word- the only reason traci didn't break down in front of him was so he didn't get the satisfaction of knowing he'd won. What a totally hateful piece of work.

Pete's apologies are fake, just like the rest of him.
If anyone ever spoke to me like that, i'd never even listen to their apology, let alone make up with them.
All his "I'm a freak" and "Nobody likes me" comments and "I don't care" are all to save face and hide his real feelings.
Inside it's killing him.

No, but you have to understand the pressure they're all under being in that house and how it effects their minds. Some people can cope better than others. They're with the same people every day they're awake. You have to try to understand Pete who is cantankerous by nature and how being shut away is getting to him. Sure I accept he said a lot of harsh things that could have been better said, but I'm not going to start hating the guy.

He gets some sort of kick out of it. If he was under pressure, he'd start racial comments against Dennis to his face too, but he's scared of Dennis.

I find it funny that when most people deal out bitchy comments it's rightly criticised, but when a gay man does it it's suddenly not only acceptable, but it's supposedly hilarious.

Yeah but as u said there ALL under the same pressure. If it wa really that bad for him then why hasn't he walked by now? I know if i felt they way Pete supposedly feels then i would of walked from the house.
He goes on about how sh!t it is and how much he wants to leave, and he's a clever man so knows that nobody is stopping him from walking.
He maybe under pressure but so is Traci and IMO more so because she is in a different country, she is in a minority and she doesn't really understand the game and to add to all this she is being spoke to like sh!te by Pete and belittled by him.

I think the comments "I want to leave" are reverse psychology.
He wants to leave, people want to see him suffer, he secretly gets what he wants and so on.
Tracy is a self confessed strong woman and said, last night, that she was as strong as Dennis; I take it she didn't mean physical strength. She should have stuck up for herself. So I don't think the poor little sweet Tracy thing works and from what she said last night, she would not want to be portrayed that way.
I am not condoning Petes behaviour just looking at both sides

But why?
She might nbot of wanted to give Pete the reaction he wants, i thought the way she handled it was great and a better way of doing it. Pete realised he wasn't going to get a reaction from her so got annoyed, sdtormed out and got a slap on the arse from Traci.

Pete has admitted himself he can go far. We know that when he told BB in the diary room his regrets over telling Rula to "******* off". That's just the way he is cantankerous and unpredictible. It doesn't make him a vile person. It does make him someone you'd rather not live with. I'd hate it personally. He'd drive me mad.
I don't think Traci was offended. I think she was a little upset but she knows what Pete can be like. Furthermore I'm willing to bet Traci genuinely likes Pete and sees him as entertainment.

It's just not the point though. No-one else would get away with talking to others like that so why should he? I bet he doesn't walk down the street and talk to people like that does he? No because he wouldn't be able to walk.
If someone in the house spoke to him as bad as he does then i'm sure he would be ten times worse back to them. :bored:

But Pete and Traci have built up a rapport. They live in each other's pockets so these outbursts are going to occur. It's been evident in every series of BB. You can't compare it with the reactions of complete strangers walking down a street. That is ridiculous.
I say things to people I've known for years which are meant in jest and are taken in humour, that to somebody I didn't know could be taken as offensive.

I was shocked no one stood up for her. Now Jodie's gone seems they've found someone else to bully. Unfortunately the half wits that phone to vote will probably vote for Traci to go. No one even comforted her when she started to cry! this years bb has reminded me why I hate 95% of people.
How hypercritical of vile George too, one minute voting Maggot out for asking Chantelle the capital of Luxembourg on the grounds he stands up for the underdog, and then he stands by and watches one of the most vicious verbal attacks since Jodie left and says nothing. Spineless w*****.
Wish I was in there I'd tell that saggy arsed Burns a few home truths.
Poor Traci I just wanted to give her a hug and I don't even do hugs!

That's what I was referring to, and of course it has to do with him being gay. You see it all the time. Pete could easily walk up to Chantelle and say "you look like a total slut today, you little bitch" and it would be taken in jest even though in all likelihood he's deadly serious. Now imagine if any of the straight guys in the house did the same thing- there'd be outrage. Seems to me like he uses being gay as a free ticket to be rude.

I've had tons of arguments with my brothers. They've never sent anyone to do me GBH, and vice versa. Any arguments or disgareements are usually forgotten.
So presummably you've never had an argument with anyone in your life then and never criticised someone over their behaviour? Strange considering you condone violence.

I am not a fan of Petes and I do feel that he is allowed to behave in a hideous manner. But all said do you not think it is the other HMs that are the ones with the failings! he only behaves this way because he can. He is unchallenged by anyone, he says what he wants and no-one bats and eye or has the guts to stand up to him.
Standing up to Pete would have been the first thing most of us would have done, I know I would have.
