...what would you do?

I would get rid of nominations
every week have the whole house up for eviction
first week vote to evict, following week vote to save, then vote to evict and so on until the end
whole house up each week means we would get rid of most boring HMs AND the nastiest HMs each week for sure

I would reverse all the contact with the outside world for a start back to the way it was before
I would also scrap nominations past week 5 and just put the whole house up for eviction each week until the final
I would make Big brother run for a solid 14 weeks nice even number not 11 or 13
I would Have 18 housemates enter on launch night with a maxium of only 4 newbies in week 6 or 7
More twists to keep it interesting and some real shockers too
and another new rule would be during the day before the Final all Evicted housemates would be put back into the house as guests for the last night of the series
I would also cut the over Political correction and Limit it to only genuine offensive or threats or verbal
The 15 min delay on LF would not apply to internet! Only tv broadcasting.
sound gaps would be less except for private reasons and copy rights
I would give the housemates a full 2 weeks until the first eviction just to let people get to know them more
I would also scrap the pre recorded Eviction nights and bring it back from 9pm slot to 8pm til 9pm and then again from 9:30pm til 10;15pm

I would make it so that you have to register to vote, limiting it to 1 per person, up to 4 in a house, give each person a number, then when its time to vote, you enter that number and then vote (easy enough to do with touchtone phones. Stops mass voting blocks that are happy to spend a small fortune to evict/protect someone and then its more of an average and a bit more fair.
If 100 people are voting, 90 of them want x housemate out, but the 10 that want y housemate vote like crazy they have a good chance of getting the result. Even though they are in the minority.

Just 3 things really.
From half way though the series, nominations stopped and the whole house up for eviction each week thereafter.
ANY rule breaking and the hosemate/housemates doing so, automatically up for eviction.
The second diary room request by a housemate to leave the house accepted instantly.Stright out the door.

I also agree with the one person to vote with one vote but this is business and they want maximum funds in, so I cannot see any show taking that on because it would cut drastically the revenue they get.

Yeah, I know its a business so it would never happen.
The alternative is, but would still generate less revenue, would be to sell membership at the start of the series for say a tenner, and that permits one vote each week. They could reduce the cost during the running of the season.
Again though its about money after all.

:hugesmile:I agee with the idea of this- but 'they' won't, it's all money to them!! But I would also put a Geo Block on the vote to curtail the 'outside' influence that has been happening this year! This is a UK entertainment prog not a soapbox for international cults!

They break the rules - they are gone! No second chances!
They threaten to leave - they are gone! No second chances!
No romances - fake or otherwise!
New HMs can't win overall

If I could change it, based on last night and who ended up staying, I'd make it more like Nineteen Eighty Four and the original Big Brother. I'd introduce Room 101 and make "Thought Crime" an offence the penalty for which is death. Or maybe I'm a little crabby this morning and need more coffee.
