Absolutely! he is a bully no question at all and he has a problem with women.
yes Rachel was a bit loud but she was not to the point to be treated the way he did.. he saw weakeness in the two Rachel, like they didn't have it in them to be nasty back and that seems to have given him a license to be emotionally abusive. I hate his guts I want him out and back to where he came from.
