I saw nearly all of this argument late last night and my heart goes out for her.

Alex is a coniving calculating bully of the worst kind. He is not just two faced he is triple faced and more.

As jade battled with Jonny and kate because of what he had said to her he was laughing his head off at her suffering.

Alex is a spoiled brat who sulks and manipulates for his own perverted pleasure and then tries to blame it on drink.

It's time Alex went. He and Adele are well well suited.:devil::devil:

I agree totally! There was me thinking Adele was the trouble maker and she was dragging Alex down to her level, now i've realised he was there all along!

The sad thing is, Jade seems to have got the short end of the stick, Alex is just too clever for her and she can't understand what he's doing.

Sorry, Milly, you are still looking at Alex through rose-tinted spectacles. Jade was in the bedroom talking to Alex and the subject went to why she had got close to Kate and Jonny, and Jade said she had changed her mind about them, and they were funny and they had a good laugh. She told Alex that he needs to be able to change his mind about people and he might enjoy himself a bit more.

This is when Alex started winding Jade up by saying that Jonny and Kate voted out the competition (Alex and Tim) rather than the backstabber (Jade).

This got Jade upset and Alex slipped a few extras in to undermine Jade's relationship with Jonny and Kate and at that point Jade lost it.

Alex was in control and knew exactly what he was doing.

I mean she is funny, the horny Helga thing was funny but when she's had a drink she looks like to me, she wants to pick a fight. Alex must have took what Jade said to be an insult, so maybe that's why he went off on one. She should know by now that he doesn't change his mind, if you wanted a quiet life you wouldnt say that, but Jade is stupid and alex had had a few drinks no wonder things got out of hand.:conf:

Alex was obviously being manipulative and cruel to Jade, maybe it's only when he's had a few drinks that his true self emerges. And boy did it emerge last night!

This went on a lot longer last night than it did on the highlights. Jonny did lose it a bit when he screamed at Jade, but before and after that, he was telling her to calm down, she's got to week nine, whatever happened in the past was done, there are no more tactics, no more nominations, settle down and have a laugh.

They spoke about the number of times they had nominated each other. It was frank, and despite momentarily (in the context of the discussion as a whole) losing his rag, I thought Jonny handled it well overall.

But the fact remains that Alex set the whole thing off. You didn't see him coming out to the pool to deny some of the things he had said.

Unlike Sticks, I don't think the argument did Alex any good. His "lick my arse" routine was really nasty. I don't think it did Jade any good either. It is looking increasingly like the winner will be Jonny or Kate.

And quite right too!

Admitted Alex did go a bit far, but that's drink for you. Jade's definitely no angle though. After all this I think Kate and Jonny came out of it the best.:laugh::thumbs:

From what I saw on Channel 4, Jade goaded Alex into the argument who then took it too far.

Can't blame him though - you'd need the patience of a saint to live with her.

I was really cross about the headline on the front of the Daily Express today. It basically said that "Kate in catfight" or something like that, which was completely untrue.

Earlier in the week, the newspaper also implied that Kate deliberately dyed Jade's hair ginger, knowing that the hair colour would go wrong because Jade had her hair highlighted.

I am so cross about this mis-representation and am considering e-mailing the Daily Express for their inaccurate jounalism. :mad::mad::mad:

Jade did not goad Alex. Not on this occasion. I think if Jonny had known the truth of what Alex had said to set jade off he probably would not have shouted at her. Kate handled herself the best as she was firm but not arrogant and didn't go on and on like Jonny did.

Beware of CH4 editing all is not what it seems. Alex is guilty of drunken arrogance. The real Alex stepped up to the plate.:devil:

Even that was justifiable in context, as Jade was extremely upset by this time and had cited that nobody liked her because she was up for nomination two weeks ago. Jonny responded by saying that nominations were over, but Jade kept going, and Jonny then lost it a bit and went off about being up three times. He did calm down, he told Jade he was fond of her, he found her funny, and it would be better if she forgot about the past and enjoyed the remaining time.

Kate went inside but did not go off to bed, and when Jade went to bed, Jonny and Kate had quite a long, intimate conversation on the sofas.

The problem is that Jade does not always articulate very well, more so when drunk and upset, so she approached Jonny and Kate in an aggressive, argumentative fashion, and upset them too. But Alex started it by accusing her of conspiring with Jonny and Kate to "vote out the competition and keep in the backstabber". Jade had been trying to say that they all voted the way they had because they were having fun and Tim and Alex had been acting miserable.

Alex's true character came out and he went too far.
