Those are not the weights of the hms. Andrew is no way 8st 3. Mario is not 8 stone 8 and Sam is not 9st 9 those men are all six foot at least and are probablly 11-12 stone.

7 stone 7 is not normal though, it is just as bad as being overweight sometimes, that is a KIDS size, and normal preteen or teenagers weight waiting to go through the first signs of pubity. Once the human body hits 7-7 and a half stone it starts to produce hormones, so any adult around that weight cannot be seen as healthy at all.

Sam and Andrew are both only 21 and younger.. and do generally no exercise to build up, so they just have a fast metabolism..

If you want to lose weight , cut out the complex and sugary carbs, they are the killers in our society.

Remember your good fats in Olive oil, and Haas Avocado pears and such.

Plenty of fish, chicken and always load your plate with plenty of VEG, try a veg stir fry.

Plenty of water and exercise, but please remember being 7 stones is for preteens.

If it was not for the fake tan and fake boobs, Corin would look as hiddeous as he weight seems.

All you have to do is eat healthy, exercise and drink plenty of water, to keep the weight, shape and stay in shape, if every 15 year old was 8 stone, you would put many people out of business, those who are employed to get teenagers back in shape.

I would even suggest you put on half a stone, however, because weight ican creep up on us and our food is pumped with hormones and our shelves are stacked with junk, you are more than fine!

Those weights are absolutely ridiculous. No way was Andrew just 8 stone 3 for a man of 5 feet 10. And Steven was about 14 stone. Remember he has no legs.

Steve's weight is hard to believe, not to sound rude or harsh but does his crutches/legs come in with that weight? No way can he be 21 stone... thats the size of the giggest Gladiator that was on Gladiators... and he was huge and tall, I dont think Steve is talll... remember height means a lot, a taller person, even if they look skinnier will weigh more.

Eg. I am 5 ft 5 and my friend is almost 6 ft, he looks much skinnier than me, but he is almost 2 stone heavier because of that heigh, Im short and weight 8.5 stone.

Even John at 10 stone does not seem right i'd say 11 stone 3lb simply because he is tall around 6ft, slim but has muscle which would add weight. JJ seems the only one that might be right.
