Anyone else love this movie? Was released in 2005 and ever since my mates have been bugging me to see it for ages now so I watched it on youtube and it was brilliaint. Basically, it follows the lives of some kids in Cali who take up skateboarding but then go their different ways and stuff. Pioneers of skateboarding.

If you havnt seen it..I recommend it too you :dance: (it does have Heath Ledger in afterall)

I loved it, it reminded me of a boy version of Blue Crush. The director Catherine Hardwicke is an amazing storyteller.

Have you seen Thirteen? It's also by her.

Ive heard about that but not seen it

I was just told by a load of my friends who skate about this and finally found it on youtube and bammmmmmm I loved it

I was amazed that it was a true story. I loved Emile Hirsch's character in it.

Yeah pretty cool when things turn out to be based on real events. I think I done some research into it all and I think they have tweaked it majorly for it to be a film though
