After reading something on the newspaper website, it really made me think how lucky I am. I feel very sorry for Jo now, and after this, I think she's very strong!

New contestant Jo Butler enters the fortunate last ever Big Brother house. Thousands cheer for the stop to this racist, bullying and fake show on Channel 4. Jo entered the house two weeks before her dad was in a horrific car crash down in London. Her dad tried to keep this secret from Jo incase she didn't follow her dreams to be on TV. Three days before Jo entered, she had a call from her local hospital telling Jo that her father might need to stay in hospital for a longer period of time. Jo made the hard decision to stick with her dad or follow her dreams. She saw her dad before she went in and he had one thing to say. 'If you do go in there, atleast i'll be able to see you everyday and i'll never be lonely.' After this Jo went for it, and with the publics' response, she'll probably be out very soon.

Sorry, the article does not make any sense to me. And her dad being in a car crash does not equate to Jo has had it bad. If it was that bad she would not have gone in the house.

I like her and not because of this story but because she is very wise and tells it like it is something that is being translated to being bitchy by some shallow people. Also there isn't much support for black women on the show which is very sad

Yes, but you need to understand the public are not going to vote her out because of this story. They are likely to vote her out for what she brings or doesn't bring to the house.

Every housemate has a story to tell, tragic or not.

i know its a sad story but that shouldnt be the reason to keep jo in,it should be that shes meant to be likeable, fun, entertaining or ocasionally funny but she dont do any of them imo.
