I think replacing inactive players is cool but bringing in new players randomly is unfair on the remaining players because the game is all about strategising to remain in the game and fight for survival so if someone was to get a free pass to week 2, it would be unfair on the players who have had to work.

but new players make it a twist and make players feel uneasy which is rlly good
and stirs things up

if anything its unfair on the new people who dont know the others as well and find it harder to find an alliance
