I did a similiar thread under the title: Sam Haters Listen Up: which wanted people who hated Sam to vote Jo out anyway because she's soooooo boring. This is what I got sent today.

If they can be bothered the admins on a web site can report you as an abuser of their site to your ISP, they then have to provide the ISP with evidence of your abuse.

The ISP on investigation can if they find the complaints to be valid prevent you from going onto that website, they will write to you and warn you about respecting other people and if necessary can suspend your contract.

If you then decide to go with another ISP your original ISP are legally bound to inform the new ISP of your behaviour.

Its stupid to have a forum where you can not give a negative opinion on things. Not everybody is going to like certain aspects of the show, be that some housemates, a task or whatever, and although you may say keep negative opinions to yourself, whats the fun in that? A forum is there to discuss both good and bad points, thats why I like it on TiBB.

If they can be bothered the admins on a web site can report you as an abuser of their site to your ISP, they then have to provide the ISP with evidence of your abuse.

Ben was their favourite son, so i think a lot of them still blame Dave - simply because he stayed over Ben. Most of their articles are biased crap!! It's hit and miss. There are some uber sensitive members who report anything and everything, like the one who reported you for those posts. The mods just don't care and ban/warn anyone reported more or less. But other times you can get away with much more and no one will care or report it.

Whether you agree with the rule or not you were warned about the "haters" rule for the first post, and then continued to make another post (which was a pretty pointless post anyway, as it was saying essentially the same thing as the "Sam lovers" posts) in order to make some kind of point. With all due respect, it sounds to me like you were just being a dick for the hell of it. No Offense :)

Regrettably, since PEJ became a DS:BB Forum Member, this is now true ..... :(

At the start of BB11, I made some disparaging comments about the production values of the series and also reported "pej" for insulting other FMs ..... it seem that he can't take criticism - despite being a member of long standing and with over 20k posts, within minutes, I was permanently banned on a 6 year old technicality ..... :eek:

Its not about being lacking in morals, its about not accusing people of criminal activities without sufficient proof. 'Putting your money where your mouth is' is a saying meaning dont just talk about it, do something about it.

If you do honestly believe that it is your duty to protect others so either phone the police or you could report him on Crimestoppers (0800 555 111) you could be get a Community Cash Award.
