I had a Chinese earlier - can only eat bland cos of IBS -but had chips from chippy with it

Can't have it delivered as live in middle of nowhere

Shall have some chocolate (or something nice) when BB is on though

and while I really fancied some beer tonight, can't have any in as a family member has an alcohol problem
