Entertaiment has everything to do with perception - and definitely is not fact - ie if it were fact - everyone would find that gobby idiot JJ entertaining - as it stands, at least 50% of the people that watch and vote can't stand him - probably a lot more - because surprise, surprise - they don't find him entertaining! :rolleyes:

It is voters like you that insist on finding this type of drivel entertainment - that affected the type and calibre of the people put in by bb - with in turn affected the quality of the show and led to people switching off in their thousands - that was the downfall of the show! It became too cheap and too tacky to attract a wide enough audience!

Oh please, there were no freaks in BB1 - 4 so how you expect anyone to 'insist on finding this type of entertainment' is beyond me.

The producers changed the show in BB5 because people were switching off - because it was so boring, because there were no freaks/interesting charcters! And BB5, along with BB7 [which probably had the most 'freaks'] is widely considered one of the best series of all time.

Interesting/eccentric characters make the show. People switch off because they're fed up of dull housemates like Rachel Rice winning, along with the producers ruining the show by intervening during arguments, giving them no alcohol, etc etc.
