Around 2001 I think, I think now because PEJ has been there since 2002 working on BB3, Before he wasn't that important.

She was the executive producer of BB1 and 2, I'm guessing CBB1 as well, and Phil Edgar Jones took over from BB3. But I was confused watching that 10 years of BB documentary back in June because Ruth said she didn't like Jade as a contestant, and I wondered was this just her opinion as a viewer, or did she still have some form of insight as a member of the production team?

That's right, he had ZERO involvement with BB1 but joined the team in BB2 to run BBLB and the Friday night live evictions, and then became exec producer for BB3
