Of course - but it is not an opinion whether these types of people make the show or not. It is a solid fact.

Yes, you hate them. Yes, other people hate them. Yes, they are *****s. But you LOVE to hate them - that is why most people tune in. For these characters they cannot abide by. Fact is, without them - there would be nothing to watch. Becuase they MAKE the show. Non-entities like Steve, Rachel Rice, Hira, who are all 'nice' - do not - because they are dull. And I can guarantee no one would watch if they were the types of people that make up the full cast.

At the end of the day - this is why a Vote to Save would save Big Brother. Because big characters that MAKE the show always end up leaving, and we are left with dullards for the final. And that's partly to blame for the demise of the show. Fact.
