there's only 1 entry on that urban dictionary and i doubt josie would have found that specifically.

she was obviously describing his reaction to keeley coming in the house.
crab eyes are like periscopes. she was making a point of how his eyes could have popped out on stalks and pointed directly at keeley.

I kinda doubt she would suddenly talk about his nipples as keeley came in the house. that doesn't make sense.
