the thing i dont understand about jogging is why do peaople get up extra early to go jogging when they can do it once threr up? lol.

i go for my run everyday of a weekday once im home from school and of a weekend once im all up properly and awake hehe. :colour:

Seriously though I am a fair weather jogger not committed enough to go in the bad weather - do use a treadmill in winter though does that count?

treadmills make you seriously dizzy though...

maybe that was because I was drunk though when I used one at my auntie's house.. I was walking on it for an hour and nearly flew off it when the cat walked into the room and distracted me.
