YouTube code not working?

Has anyway else had this problem? They show up like this:

the whole embed code no longer works youtube must have changed something but you can get it to work like this:

if this was the url http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6c7XJpmxXWI
just copy the letters after the = and paste them between the you tube tags so it looks like
6c7XJpmxXWI

and it will work
6c7XJpmxXWI
