was it just me or did he sound different in his interview with davina?

it was like he had a sort of posh accent or was trying to put one on?

I don't think people quite grasp how things are different when you're inside the house. Many housemates have said stuff inside and then not stuck to it afterwards, because being inside messes up your mindset a little. People just seem to pick on John James.

I mean yeah, he's argumentative and he's said some stupid stuff and has his tantrums etc, but half the time he seemed to be the only one talking any sense. He just perhaps went the wrong way about it - e.g the Rachel thing where she said she wanted to be in Nuts and he picked her apart for that - it didn't concern him, so him chipping in was kinda wrong, but at the same time what he said was right. So many people go on wanting fame or whatever, and they're stupid because that never happens. So John James just pointed that out. There were other examples where he was right, too.

It's not too surprising that, in the end, he met the obligations of his contract.

Not that at all.

He was probably reminded of his contractual obligations and that he could be sued (they know he has plenty of dosh) if he didn't adhere to them.

dont you get it yet...........that was his GAMEPLAN to try to belittle all the "pretty" girls about selling themselves to the papers when sooooooooooooper john was not interested in fame/interviews/mag deals. You must remember cos he told us all a lot how no-one should be in it for that:sleep::sleep:

in now turns out that the hypocritical coward is now prepared to sell the john/josie "love" story to teh same mags:nono::joker::nono:

If there is even a slight possiblity of fame and fame attracts you, why not chase it? John James was right in saying that the possibility of being a celeb/famous whatever you wanna call it were practically zilch but he was wrong in saying that you shouldnt look to make a quick buck out of big brother. I mean even in the Davina interview he caved in and more or less said he would look to do an interview if the right price was offered.

The guy does have some decent morals but the way he goes about them are slightly twisted. And he also does tend to be slightly hypocritical on a few of them.

Basically the guys a mess, cant work him out myself.

It's slightly hypocritical, maybe, but selling his story is a bit different to just getting naked in a magazine so some sweaty fat old men can have a wank over you.

But it's more about self-respect, I think. Being famous for going on Big Brother then getting your tits out is stupid.

Yeh i see what you are saying, but as i said before if people are stupid enough to pay you heeps that will make you a good chunk of money that will set you up for good part of your life then why not take it. I know you talk about self respect but its not exactly like she did got her tits out (well i dont think she did?)

Well, she covered her nipples....but it's still going to result in sweaty fat old men tossing one off over her.

Exactly!! and that's why I was REALLY hoping that he'd breach his contract, not just spout more lies about NOT doing interviews.

John James said one thing, and did another. Situation normal I'd say.

I wouldn't exactly say that he looked uncomfortable, I don't think he enjoyed it like most of them do.

I think it'd be unfair to criticize him for something he hasn't done yet.

If he does do topless shoots, then yeah, you could perhaps criticise him. But you can't base criticism on the assumption of what he's going to do.

agreed it was most probably in his contract to do a certain number of interviews, remember the producers keep a very, very tight rein on the contestants in X Factor. He did seem most unhappy about having his photo taken as soon as he was out of the house.

It will be in his contract the stupid moron he has to do it.
Or is that something else he can run off and cry to mummy about?
