CRACKPOT minister David claims to be able to heal the DISABLED through the power of the Lord, we can reveal.
The father-of-four travelled to India in 2007 for the Jesus Miracle Festival.
As this sensational video shows, the 39-year-old used the event to promote his wacky views - which include claims that he can heal the sick and injured.
Screaming into a microphone, he claimed to be curing people who were blind, deaf or with broken bones.
One guest at the event told the News of the World: "It was so weird... he was like a man possessed. Like he can actually cure the disabled, just like that.
"I didn't really buy into it, to be honest. These poor people in India seemed to believe it but it looked like they just wanted a glimmer of hope and would have believed anything. I don't think it's fair."
David also believes in ghosts and UFOs, interpreting these beliefs as natural extensions of the scriptures.
And as it now appears he was once aligned with bizarre American religious group Sons of Thunder, his ideas seem even more unusual.
The founder of the group, John Crowder, believes he met Jesus while on an acid trip one night, prompting him to devote the rest of his life to the Lord.
Crowder regularly organizes bizarre worldwide missions to ritualistically 'cure' the disabled.
Following in the footsteps of the controversial American, David recently organised Christian rave-like party Sloshfest, which attracted hundreds of people from around the globe - all of them completely sober.
The ex-postman had drink and drugs problems as a teenager, until he found God in 1992. Since then, he has kicked the booze, and now urges followers to get high on "Godka".
He is now happily settled in Pontypool with his wife, children, dogs, chickens and rabbits.

Looks like it has just been taken from one of the many anti-dave threads on here.

Its funny how some people bang their gums about dave like they are trying to expose him to the media well guess what kids bb found him from an article that the sun ran about him they rarely run storys about it because they have already done it not because of some fictional clause in his contract that some sucker made up ;)

Nothing new in this article I agree. however if this is the first step into a thorough investigation then it's not before time. I want to know the facts about the NE's etc ...
it would be a matter of fairness to expose/debunk the myths about Dave.

Not a hope of that happening. You can't open a can of worms and expect people to not want a closer look.
Long time ago ... that can also be easily verified providing the Media do their job.
Either way, this should not be allowed to go away.

it's the paper that is saying it happened in 2007, at a special festival created for the very purpose of all this mumbo jumbo..This festival happens every year and is a big part of indian culture. You perhaps should look into all that first before coming on here bad mouthing dave about it.

Last night the sinister minister said that he is very surprised that god didn't ask him to heal anyone whilst he was in the house because outside he's always asked to cure people.
He also claimed recently that he'd love to get his hands on Steve's nubs so that he can grow his legs back.
Is that recent enough?
I was refering to the story about him in india and being associated with crowthers lot..do carry on though.

If you do you should give it to the paper because they used the words "used to be associated with" which in lamens terms either means david has now seperated himself from that group or the paper has no proof of such goings on.

As I have said here time and again, I don't like Dave based on the footage I have seen of him in the house. I don't like the You Tube tapes or the rumours and facts I hear about the NE's BUT that is why I would like to see the Group/Dave investigated .. I want the facts, not the myths.

I've just been looking for the vid of Dave and Crowder 'jacked up' discussing R Lawd but it's disappeared. Filmed around mid 2009.
A quite recent association.

To be honest...I could'nt give a damn about Dave's past or present belief's, or whatever scams that he may or may-not have perpetrated!
The fact is, that I do not support Dave because I do not like him!
For me...every HM comes on the show, to show why they are worthy of the publics support, and must show that they are 'solid of character', and not expose themselves to be 'sly and desperate gameplayers' that would stab a so called friend in the back, to thurther their ambitions to win!
And 'for me'...Dave has failed on this count, when he decided to 'turn' on Ben when he thought that the time was right!!....I know that this is only a gameshow, ...but it showed a complete lack of 'moral fibre' that I personally, cannot forgive!

Dave is also skint, he had to sell his guns for about £1500 before going into the house to keep things ticking over on the outside.
Hopefully this means his paypal checks are drying up.
