How Do I Report TiBB Staff (Or A Mod)?

So last night I received an infraction from a mod over avoiding the swear filter when I clearly was not.

I emailed this person back but they used that 'TiBB Staff' account.

I got no email back or no explanation over this infraction, this is an infraction over something the majority of us do when swearing and it is no way using BBCode to avoid the filter.

So I'd like to report it, it may be worth one point but I still want an explanation into why I got it when:

1. It's not avoiding the filter
2. Everyone does it
3. Another Mod told me it was fine

So how do I go about reporting this TiBB Staff account thing?

This is why mods should go back to using their own profiles again, much easier.

Anyways, Help would be great.

We cant get into the Tibb staff account, that will be why you received no reply.

You will need to contact James or mark to dispute an infraction. Whilst other mods can actually reverse them...we can't really 'go over each others heads' :S

Yeah and I have done, I've wanted to swear to other members like Chuckyegg and Wombai alot but haven't.

When I have swore regarding Channel 4 and Big Brother I use the stars, something a good fellow member suggested as a way to stop avoiding the swear filter.

And the infraction I got from TiBB Staff was for doing that, something that alot of other members have been doing for months.

I just don't get why I got an infraction for that when I'm not the only one doing it, and it isn't avoiding the swear filter because there was two stars in the word.

I'm not one for filtering myself..I personally don't see the point. But if the filter is there, it is there for a reason.

It's a bit childish being so strict over the swear filter, I know that people abuse the system and write a load of... sh-rubbish. It's confusing because the 'S-Word' and the 'F-Word' both appear as ****.

Yeah that's what I do.

It's funny too because any other swear word you can put one star in but the F Word seems to be this big thing that's too harsh to use so you have to put two stars in or else it gets censored even with one star LOL

Yeah I got bored of hitting Italic with alot of posts :joker: And then I seen Harry telling me to start using stars and it caught on rather than avoiding the filter.
