Ex Housemate tells me 'Josie is not what she seems!'

I've been meaning to say this for a while and this is the last day so I may aswell!

About 2 weeks ago, I got an email from an Ex BB11 Housemate.
This is obviously from someone who has LIVED with Josie and knows her better than any of you do.

To quote the housemate 'The public only see what Big Brother want them to see of Josie So the fact that I was in there and know exactly what she is doing, when i got out and watched the TV i could see why people liked her!'

The Ex Housemate then said that Josie is NOT as thick as she pretends and she is a sales consultant for a financial company, the housemate also said that she too worked for that and said she knows you have to be very confident and smart to do that job, something Josie makes out she isn't.


The evicted housemate then said that her and Josie got on well but she noticed she kept bringing up her GCSE's, whilst the housemates told her that doesn't matter, Josie kept putting herself down and constantly looked at the cameras.

The evicted housemate finished by saying to me that she could go on for ages and thinks that Josie is trying her best to be the new Jade Goody.

I don't want to say the evicted housemates name because of the fact I'm sure she wouldn't want that put on a forum which housemates DO and WILL most likely check so for her own privacy I won't do that.

I thought I'd share that with you all just to let you know Josie isn't what she seems, and that's coming from someone that lived with her.

She will still win because I doubt that'll change millions of people's minds but I hope it makes you lot see her in a different light and see her for what she is.

Whilst I did respect John James for being a game player, I'm not 'bashing' Josie or saying she shouldn't win or anything like that because she's playing a game and being fake too but I just want you all to see that she is fake, people said JOHN JAMES was playing her, ever thought she was doing the same and they were both as bad as eachother?

The problem many of us have here regarding Hippo winning is simply this, BB conveniently put far too many newbies in the house, too late. This created problems as HMs had too many targets for eviction leaving certain HMs untouched. Plus of course you had Roo, lover boy having a go at everyone, and if they dared speak ill of his girlie he would have created a bad vibe in the house of lurve. Hippo escaped noms, she was protected by BB when she should have been put up for automatic eviction like Dave the week before for the self same rule break. She was given the free pass by a few, not all, of the HMs, that sealed the fate of others. Being in a ridiculous showmance kept her in by her adoring teenage fans, and fans made up of equally large ladies. All in all this engineered pathetic situation forced upon us makes me happy Channel 4 are no longer doing this show. Its totally beyond belief looking at bookies for example that the odds for the other 4 finalists are so way down. Its as if no bookie has taken bets other than the vast amounts Channel 4 themselves cunningly put on Hippo to maintain her odds. Whom else would place bets on her? The stupid tweenies can't, under 18, cannot bet, so its either the larger ladies and larger gentlemen betting on her or its simply massaged manipulated bets via Channel 4. And if that could be proven its fraud, I think this series has been riddled with fraud from the off. Even last couple of days the housemates have been meekly accepting that Hippo is the winner cos they are not worthy. Even BB gave them a special makeover, primarilly aimed at their golden girlie, men getting waxed? so damn pathetic. Thanks BB you ruined what promised to be the best ever. Carnival theme? That was not the context. I was told that I bet i wouldn't dare tell Grossie to her face that i thought that she looked like Miss Piggy. I merely stated (in my defence) that I would have no problem admitting that, I think that grossie, looks like a fat pink pig. About 2 weeks ago, I got an email from an Ex BB11 Housemate.
This is obviously from someone who has LIVED with Josie and knows her better than any of you do.

To quote the housemate 'The public only see what Big Brother want them to see of Josie So the fact that I was in there and know exactly what she is doing, when i got out and watched the TV i could see why people liked her!'

The Ex Housemate then said that Josie is NOT as thick as she pretends and she is a sales consultant for a financial company, the housemate also said that she too worked for that and said she knows you have to be very confident and smart to do that job, something Josie makes out she isn't.


The evicted housemate then said that her and Josie got on well but she noticed she kept bringing up her GCSE's, whilst the housemates told her that doesn't matter, Josie kept putting herself down and constantly looked at the cameras.

The evicted housemate finished by saying to me that she could go on for ages and thinks that Josie is trying her best to be the new Jade Goody.

Anyone who bothered to look at the housemates' profiles would have read that Josie had worked in finacial Services which could mean anything.It also means she was not hiding anything.

However she would have been a more entertaining housemate if JJames had not been in the house. Josie is very funny and has some great oneliners. It takes intelligence to be really funny.

She is the best one in there at present so she should win. Anyone other than Dave or JJ2.

It's a fair point for defenders/fans to argue that if she's really a massive "gameplayer", then she was successful, therefor she IS a worthy winner - given many forumers do believe that to be an - admirable quality. I guess the frustration from a viewers perspective, is watching 80 days - and me personally - a lot of Live Feed, and i'm still left puzzled as to "who is Josie Gibson?".

...And really that's the nuts and bolts concept of the show - understanding other people's personality and traits. Her "role playing" of being - insecure, dumb, shy & naive - was obviously a strategy. Anyone who watched enough Live Feed could see that, (unless they had "duvet blinkers" on!).

As much as anything, i'm more frustrated by her sympathetic edits, particularly around mid-season. In truth though, i believe that more about protecting the JJJ relationship - rather than "just" Josie.
