Nah they didn't, all series the only thing they've said is that the winner is guaranteed a place.

They never confirmed/denied/mentioned anything about any other BB11 housemate.

And afterall, they have said it's all housemates from the past 11 series...

She's said if she wins she wants some time outside before she'll do UBB, so if she follows through on that she'll either not do UBB or BB will make a special exception for her and put her in later (which probably want happen).
