I thought the girl in the skirt on the end was really trying to out sing the others which for me spoilt the song.
I didn't think it sounded anywhere near as bad as it did when Chantelle sang it alone.

Agreed rach. The one lass was really going to drown everyone else out. Don't really think she got the message that this was Chantelle's moment. Also, her height just didn't 'scan' with the others. I think they should drop her and go for it!

Chantelle might not have a great voice, but it could be improved, and she certainly has the moves.

I expect it to be released in the next couple of weeks!

Chantelle is such a sweetie im sure it'll do well in the charts. Loads of younger girls love her too and they are th e people that would probably buy the single.

I agree with both of you she was out to showcase herself and was forgetting that it was supposed to be Chantelles moment not hers!! if she does record it she should drop her the others were lovely but that girl was trying to be the centre focus and not the backing singer!!

I would have found it hilarious if Chantelle had come out of the house and said that she did not want to do any singing with Kandyfloss. That would have upset the apple cart!

I think the performance on BBLB was a one-off, I'm sure they said that - if they release it as a single it'll probably be with professional backing singers. I loved the performance though, but it's strange that Chantelle knew the words given that she allegedly knew nothing about Sunday's performance. Mind you, she may have heard about a possible release so she could have learnt the words for that reason.

If this is released as a single no doubt there will be an awful lot of musical enhancement going on, but then why shouldnt Chantelle release it after all she is no worse or better than others from BB who have done the same. After all people dont have to buy the records do they?

THE winner of Celebrity Big Brother could be facing a chart catfight as a rival band prepare to race them to the top.

Chantelle Houghton, of girl band Kandyfloss, may have taken the Big Brother crown but chart contenders Candy say they are determined to beat them to number one.

Candy member Sabrina Kelly-Webster, 19, of Kynaston Road, Bromley, has issued a stark warning to the Essex girl and her band.

She said: "Kandyfloss need to watch out as our song is everything the public want. It is funky and we all really want this.

"Chantelle is a stunning girl but I don't think she's a natural singer they are more Eurovision Song Contest whereas we are a lot rockier."

Miss Kelly-Webster is part of a five-piece girl band, formed out of hopefuls who were turned down for places in Kandyfloss.....
