Have to tell you all something, this is not the last series of Big Brother, I know who bought it and the show will return Bigger and Better.

Nothing we don't already know, but I thought it'd be worth posting anyway.

Not this same TWATTER again on yet another thread - jeez

The trustworthy Tong the Mong's most recent press:

Brief sues Kenneth Tong over unpaid bill

LAWYER ACTS OVER £2,000 BILL FROM DATE RAPE ALLEGATION

REALITY TV star Kenneth Tong is being sued by the lawyer who represented him on date rape allegations.

The ex-Big Brother contestant was quizzed by police after a woman claimed she was assaulted by Rangers goalie Allan McGregor in St Johnstone star Filipe Morais' Glasgow flat.

The trio denied the claims and have been told they will not be charged following a seven-month probe.

But now Tong, 25, is being taken to court by solicitor Bob McCormack. He says Tong, who says he's a millionaire, hasn't paid a £2,000 bill.

The Glasgow brief launched his action at the city's Sheriff Court last week. A source told us: "Bob has repeatedly given Kenneth Tong a chance to pay but Mr Tong has ignored bill after bill.Bob can't understand why Kenneth Tong, a man who boasts of being a millionaire, can't settle a £2,000 bill."

Last night McCormack confirmed that he had launched proceedings

Tong, who says he's a millionaire

:joker: if he was it would be quite easy for them to establish if he was

also those girls he constantly goes on about on twitter are all clearly call girls

a truly rich man would not go on and on and on about their money, what they've bought and how much it cost. But its literally all he talks about.

If you had any sense you would stop posting threads about what this prat has said.
If I wanted to know what this cowardly rat was up to these days I would follow him on twitter.
Don't be stupid enough to believe a word that comes out of this mong's mouth.

Especially one who only narrowly got out of a gang rape charge and now won't even pay the bill of the solicitor who saved his neck.

It's scary, creepy how these people think.

He wasn't acquitted - as with a huge percentage of rape investigations in the UK, the police/prosecution service wimped out of proceeding with it for fear they couldn't proscute it successfully in court.

He wasnt acquitted, the police and Procurator Fiscal didnt proceed with the charge due to lack of evidence.

The victim asked to withdraw her original statement, the PF refused to accept that as they can, she then changed her statement.

The PF decided not to prosecute because the chances of the prosecution being successful was greatly reduced.

However the girls family accused those involved of trying to buy her off, when that failed of successfully intimidating her into changing her statement.

He never appeared in a court, he couldnt have been acquitted!!!

As I said he can sue me.

Keep your hair on

Somebody had already pointed it out

He was not found guilty of anything, so you cannot call him a rapist. Whether you think he is or not.

I do nornally say alleged rapist - but in any case, I take the view that he was guilty, but as I said above, the authorities felt it would be difficult to prosecute successfully in light of the way our judicial system operates.

There were a plethora of newpaper articles at the time which pointed to the trio's guilt, including videos on mobile phones.

Actually I can!

I live in Scotland, the offence took place in Scotland and Scottish Law is a little different to English Law.

If Mr T wants to make anything of it, he can register a libel case with a Scottish Court, which he wouldnt do because its a civil case. Civil law goes on balance of evidence not proof beyond reasonable doubt.

It's sad that IF he did it, he got away with it ecause they "justice system" couldn't find a way of proving it so they just gave up.

It'll put women off reporting things like this if they think the system can't give them justice.:conf:

Most cases of rape arent reported anyway, the woman is too ashamed etc to report it. Of those that do less that 10% actually go to court.

Feel better now?

I was just pointing out to someone they cannot refer to someone who has not been found guilty of an offence as if they had been

I dont care what country you're in you cant do it, especially on a public internet forum

If I wanted a lecture on Scottish Law I wouldnt be looking for it on here

Just pointing out a fact i've no interest in furthering your rant.

Its probably a bit lower at about 6-8% of reported rapes actually get through to succesfully being prosecuted.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1181468/Britain-lowest-conviction-rates-rape-Europe.html

Its disgusting really. More should be done to ensure victims feel confident and secure enough to report it and go forward with a prosecution.

He would do better to sue the owners of the newspapers that showed stills from the mobile phone videos taken at the time by the three men. Or who accused all three of perverting the course of justice etc.

Somehow I dont think they will, all three will just stay quiet and hope the dust settles sooner rather than later.
