The Tree has promised to smuggle in a broadsheet newspaper every day for Big Mac to read,providing he agrees to be nice to everyone

(John is a news junkie and says the worst part of BB is not being able to follow what is happening in the outside world).

So if youre surprised on why he is being so nice.... Thats why! :D

its because he fully intends to be horrid so they nominate him and he gets evicted at the first oppurtunity.
thats also why they threatened to make him immune from the first round of nominations if he doesnt play along :)
