BBUSA Promotional Shots. Is it all an act?

and some of these (http://www.cbs.com/primetime/big_brother/photos/) make me think the whole show is scripted. Like do they tell the houseguests to get ready for a photoshoot or something?

And like they're all good presenters in the competitions. Hmm. But I like how they have blogs on the CBS site :laugh: Interaction with the audience is always good. You also get to know the person's character better. I can't be bothered to read them, tl;dr, but you can pick up things from it...

Well of course they're going to tell the HouseGuests where to stand for promotional cast shots, that's how they do it on every show.

Uh...of course they're going to take promotional shots, that's how television shows (reality or not) work in the United States. Have you ever seen BB? Some people think it's scripted just because it's edited.

I don't get how professionalism for promotion = scripted?
