It's difficult to make out if she was laughing or not BUT she was in tears over it on the live feed about half an hour later. I think she really liked Josie and was rather upset she walked.

This just proves Ulrika is only in it to win and she didn't consider her 3 day friendship with Josie as a sincere one, just one to benefit herself. She's in it for herself.
