Yeah, I think it is more her natural build but the OP is right - she looks a little gaunt and underweight.
Not 'scary' thin like we have seen Nikki but maybe Ulrika should catch up with a few good meals this week.

For her just a few kgs would be enough to get a healthy glow back again.

She should put on a few pounds. The girl clearly has issues and a hard unfortunate past including the John Leslie thing and the Dwight York thing. She has 4 lovely kids and I hope this experience will be a good thing for her for the kids sake.
