He had a smirk on his face when saying that in America you're taught to be prejudiced and a racist, but he admited he therefor was/is a racist.

The most incredible thing is, not one of the HM's around him saw what he said as god damn awful, they behaved normally.

Had a white person said they were brought up to be a racist...

At least he's honest, I guess.

I know what you mean though. Double standards and all that!

Isn't he from Compton? That's quite known as being a black vs. white area, well it would have been when Coolio was growing up there. Very rough area!

Not his fault if he was brought up like it, he's made the concious decision not to be racist so therefore he isn't.

Nothing incredible about it. He merely stated that in America you were more or less brought up to be prejudiced. As he is American he would know more about the subject than any of them. He also stated that you have to learn not to be prejudiced. Hardly makes him a racist just because he discusses the subject, the same as those around him had no reason to think what he said was so "god damn awful".

Trust me, its incredible if you're brought up to be prejudiced.

As he is American he would know more about the subject than any of them.
Why's that?

Hardly makes him a racist just because he discusses the subject, the same as those around him had no reason to think what he said was so "god damn awful".
He carried a gun for 20 years, maybe he was a racist for 20 years, maybe he liked it. He knew it so well he wrote a song about it. God damn awful, not the song hehe

Do you think if he'd been a white person the reaction would've been jaw dropping?

Yeah I hear that areas like South Central Los Angeles, despite America's reputation as a melting pot, is even more segregated than places like Bradford. Don't quote me on that though, lol.
