Cant impress the public...

I was in bed last night and I thought how can you keep the public happy? Because with Big Brother they are always complaining about something. I always look on the good side, me, but most people. Sheesh.
Here is a list of things a housemate cant do without being critised..

Be nice (you get called fake), be horrible, be pretty (you get called a slapper), be ugly, look like a celebrity, want to be a celebrity, smile to much, not smile enough, wear small things for nightime (get called a slapper), do to much, not do enough, cook or clean (get called fake), fancy someone in the house, be boring, be exciting, hate someone, wear skimpy clothes, be smart, be thick, be too thin, be a bit chubby.

So basically future housemates.
Do nothing.. oh wait you get critised for that too.

Loads of housemates who were very popular have done most of the things on that list.

You have to realise of course people are goin the find faults. That is what we are for and that is what the show is about, we all either like someone or hate them and for each person it is different. If the house contained 10 characters who were all liked by the public,..where is the fun in that.

For me I think a winner has to be entertaining but not over the top, have respect for others aswell as themselves and have a nice side to them but not be overly nice all the time.

Everyone is drawn to like a specific kind of person, they equally find another kind of person awful! we are all so different that it would be so hard to please everyone.

I am usually indifferent when people first enter the house and like to take my time to decide if I like a person. Others find they instantly dislike someone but grow to like them over time, horses for courses I think lol

What would the house be like if everyone in there got on and was liked by the public. On the whole BB4 was the series where housemates were the friendliest to each other and everyone on the outside criticises the series.

Unfortunately for the ratings BB has to provide friction between housemates in some form or another. And lets face it we all like different people thats what makes the world go round.

Chrizzle, there's no pressure. The fact that people are adding to your post shows that it is an interesting post. People are just putting their own points of view forward that's all!
