when they were doing hair, talking about beyonce. This myth is really annoying!!! Beyonce has curly hair i think between shoulder and bra strap and sometimes yes she does wear lacefront. Black woman can have long and straight hair, they're not always weaves and many videos on youtube prove this. Here are a few I gathered. It's true black women in the public eye do no favors by mostly wearing weaves, but for the most part as well as to add lenght it's to protect the hair from constant blowdrying and flat ironing which is very damaging.

The problem is most of the products they sell does more harm than good for afro hair. It's all about education...not all black women have to wear weave but unfortunately that's all we see on tv. Just had to get that off my chest :D

There's a black woman on Paris Hiltons BFF(USA) who has the worst hairline Ive ever seen on a wig! Looks like she got it at the dollar store.

see that's all you see on tv which leads you to believe that's the only way black womens hair is. :( Black women don't have a hair product shop in every corner that's one problem. where as white people can easily access their products at boots, superdrug, corner shop even. when I went to Milton keynes I saw just one not very good black hair shop :eek:

look above for non weave beyonce and when you see her hair extra curly on holidays. natural. Plus look at destiny child as children they all had hair. Black people generally don't put weaves on childrens hair. here is bee as a kid

hmm yeah we've already established at times she wears lacefront and at times not. Many hollywood celebs of all races get help in the hair department whether it be extensions or weaves :sleep:
