This isn't like BB5 where Emma and Michelle were watching their FELLOW housemates' every move. And where they could sit there and scream at the screen as if it were a bloke watching the football.

Victor and Michelle right now though, have no sort of real effect on the house. Because the housemates don't even know that they're there for starters, so therefore, there's no sort of bitch / anger effect to be warranted.

To be fair, those two are just there for the sake of it to make up the numbers. Apart from these apparant pranks to come (which BB could easily do on their own).
