Putting him in would be wrong.

Coolio has already caused ructions so they do not need to put in a child to do the same pranks.

The other housemates would move together against him. The opposite that happened in BB where JJ1&JJ2 and Dave encouraged Sam to torment Corin. He did very little else.

There are better housemates than him to put in.
