I usually do...its just when she gets very aggravated and shouts...sometimes I have difficulty.

Not hard to understand, but an unusual style of speaking. It's part of why I find her really funny when she gets angry.

She speaks better English than I could ever speak Portuguese.
She is heavily accented, but it is only when she speaks very fast that I find it hard to understand her.

i thought the same thing - hard to understand ( and i really wanted to know what she was saying on hl show but i gave up eventually ) all her words seem to merge together and i also think her voice sounds neither feminine nor masculine, somewhere in between and maybe thats why it is harder to get her
