I dont agree with Nadia's actions but she certainly wasnt bullying, just OTT.
She saw Ulrika crying, new instantly that this would make her look bad which angered her and shouted that out whereas the better thing to do would to either drop it all or explain in the DR.

Before the instant in the bedroom it was nothing really, just a matter of different opinions on what should have happened with the smashed plate. I dont think Nadia was called in the DR because she wasnt really being insultive or anything..
